LOCATION

- dwarfish coconut tree of the green variety: Brought seedlings of Souzas area were planted - Paraíba, classified and certified in genetic discharge, originating from of plant-mother that you/they produced 250 fruits/year on average.

Horticulture: The area is adapted for the tropical horticulture. All the experiences accomplished with Melon, Watermelon, Passion fruit, Mango, Cashew, Acerola, Pineapple, etc., they had excellent result. The rain index, soil and altitude are great. Still owed to the proximity of the consuming centers, the productive integration of fruits in the farm is quite promising.

Pastures: All the pastures of the farm are formed by humidícula, Andropogon and Brizanta.

XARAÉS II

The Constructions and Improvements of this section are related to the commercial exploration of the enterprise denominated PARK OF THE MOUNTAIN.
